The 15^th International Hybrid Conference on Computer Engineering & Mathematical Sciences (ICCEMS 2026)'s aim is publishing refereed, original research studies and articles that are well-written and describe the latest developments and researches in the computer engineering and mathematical sciences area. The conference is broad-based that covers all branches of computer science, mathematics and interdisciplinary researches. ICCEMS is a peer-reviewed conference. The ICCEMS 2026 is a continuation of the 1^st, the 2^nd, the 3^rd, the 4^th, the 5^th, the 6^th, the 7^th, the 8^th, the 9^th, the 10^th, the 11^th, the 12^th, the 13^th, and the 14^th ICCEMS held in Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Istanbul, Türkiye.
