As always, ICCEMS 2025 offers the authors virtual(online/recorded) presentation facilities.
Brief steps for virtual/online presentation:

Narrated PowerPoint slides using Microsoft® Powerpoint® narration recording or Video recordings (.avi, .mp4, and .flv) of virtual presentations will be played at the related session, and presenters will be connected via Google Meeting. Thus, the audience will be able to ask their questions to the presenter of the virtual presentation. Time allocated for the virtual presentations is at least 10 minutes for video recordings and 3 minutes for the discussion session. For technical arrangements, the final version of the virtual presentations ought to be submitted at least one week before the event.
By sending an e-mail to the conference information office, you can submit your video recordings. Video size is kindly requested to be at most 100 Mb. On the conference day, the corresponding author will be invited to the meeting through an emailed link. We will be using Jitsi as the online presentation platform. If you are going to present using your smartphone, you are recommended to install the Jitsi Mobile app.
It is recommended that the video recordings be made using Microsoft® Powerpoint® or Camtasia Studio® program. A help on recording a slide show with narration and slide timing is available here. You can watch a sample video template prepared for video recordings and easily prepare your virtual presentations. You can use the Camtasia Studio program freely within 30 days.
