Steps for submitting procedure in ICCEMS:

1. Prepare your manuscript according to Paper Format and submit it using online submission system.

1.1. There is also a LaTex version for the conference template which can be downloaded here.

2. After getting the Acceptance Notification from the conference committee, kindly resubmit the camera ready paper.

3. After receiving the acceptance letter, you can officially register for the conference and pay the registration fees in order to publish the paper in the conference proceedings.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full papers including the tables, figures, results, and references of their researches. Full papers (in .doc format) will be accepted through online submission system.

All submitted articles should be previously unpublished, original research results, experimental, or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet the criteria and must not be considered for publication elsewhere.

All the manuscripts should follow the conference style subject to both reviewing and editing. The conference style template can be downloaded here.

All participants submitting a paper for oral presentation must officially register for the conference and pay the registration fees in order to have the paper appeared in the conference proceedings. A letter of acceptance and presentation certificate will be sent to the authors.
