Narrated powerpoint slides using Microsoft® Powerpoint® narration recording or Video recordings (.avi, .mp4, and .flv) of virtual presentations will be played at the related session, and presenters will be connected via Skype. Thus, the audiences will be able to ask their questions to the presenter of the virtual presentation. Time allocated for the virtual presentations is at least 10 mins for video recordings and 3 mins for the discussion session. The final version of the virtual presentations ought to be submitted 15 days before conference, for technical arrangements.
By sending an e-mail to the information office of the conference, you can submit your video recordings. Video size is kindly requested to be at most 100 Mb. Following the submission of the video recording, the presenter should add the following information to the mail content;
--- Name Surname
--- SKYPE address (the mail address to be contacted).
On the day of the conference, only the author whose turn is to present will be contacted. The presenter is expected to be online on Skype at least 30 mins before the presentation. The author will be contacted only if the audiences have questions for the presenter. Otherwise, the presenter will be provided with the feedback of the presentation conducted without any problem or questions from the audiences.
